Write to webmaster@nosolo.net. A short subject, the page you were on, what you expected, what actually happened, and roughly when it happened will make the problem much easier to track down. Your username can help. Your password never will—please don’t send it.

Include the email address on the account and describe what’s happening. Don’t include a password, one-time code, government ID, or other sensitive information. You may need to confirm that the account is yours before anything can be changed.
Safety or conduct concerns
If you’re signed in, the Safety Center is the best place to report something because it can include the right member, message, or activity details. If you can’t use it, email the webmaster and put “Safety concern” in the subject.
